This event is hosted by the Human Access Project, a nonprofit working to transform Portland's relationship with the Willamette River. It's the same org also puts on the Big Float event each year, which is this Saturday by the way! We're proud to partner with the Human Access Project and for student poetry about rivers to be commemorated in this great way!
